Unit Description
The Greystone by Heartland RVs is a new concept in RV'ing: A luxury mid-profile fifth wheel! The Greystone has most of the features of a much more expensive fifth wheel at a fraction of the price! The 33QS has four slides: two in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the bedroom. This gives you TONS of comfortable, open space.
As you step into the Greystone 33QS you'll be facing the kitchen. It has an L-shaped peninsula with Hanex solid surface countertops. As you turn to the left you'll the facing the living room. On the left hand side you'll find the sleeper sofa & residential free standing dinette super slide out. Straight ahead are a pair of rear rocking/reclining Euro chairs (they might look a little funny, but they're EXTREMELY comfortable). On the right hand side you'll find the slide out entertainment center complete with 32" LCD TV, DVD-CD/AM/FM/Aux player, and Laptop station!
Turning around to face the front of the trailer you'll find yourself in a hallway leading to the fifth wheel area. On the left is a private bathroom with porcelain stool, standing glass enclosed shower, skylight, power ceiling vent, and more. There are entry doors to the master suite from both the hallway & a dedicated entrance from the bathroom area. The bedroom's slide out gives you more room, as well as allows the front of the coach to be used as a wall-to-wall wardrobe closet that would make my wife jealous!

- The exterior of a Greystone is simply gorgeous. Personally, I LOVE the two toned platinum paint job. It sets a Greystone apart from the crowd almost instantly.
- The front of a Greystone features an extremely aerodynamic fiberglass end cap. These Greystones are actually so aerodynamic that customers have reported BETTER miles per gallon towing a Greystone than their old aluminum sided travel trailers despite the fact that they Greystones were heavier than their previous campers!
- An aerodynamic fiberglass cover rests over your fifth wheel hitch. It gives your fifth wheel a more attractive look than just having a big black hitch sticking out of the front of your camper!
- Additionally, due to the way the front end cap is designed on a Greystone you will not need a slider hitch for shortbox pickup trucks! A Greystone's unique design allows for an 88 degree turning radius on these shortbox trucks!
- All Greystones feature fully enclosed, insulated, AND heated underbellies! Unlike virtually all other campers with enclosed underbellies, the Greystone doesn't just rely on the heat radiating off your ducting to warm the underbelly - Instead they actually have a hot air vent pushing warm air throughout the underbelly of a Greystone!
- To help compensate for the extra heating required to heat the underbelly Greystones feature a 35,000btu furnace, whereas anything comparable uses a 30,000btu furnace! It's just another way a Greystone knocks the socks off the competition!
- Another thing I love about they Greystones are their attention to detail. For instance, if you open up the basement cargo space in a Greystone and look at the ceiling area you'll notice it has been fully finished off and insulated. This is critical because directly above the basement is your master bedroom suite. If this ceiling weren't finish off then you'd be wasting air from your furnace and air conditioner! It keeps the Greystone more comfortable with less hassle--not to mention it simply looks better!
- They Greystones also feature a lock-away docking station. If you open your cargo doors you'll find all of your levers and switches for your black and grey tanks all located in once place. The fact that you can keep this control panel locked away from the public does a few things for you. First of all, you don't have to worry about your levers getting busted off in transit from either road hazards or shifting cargo. Secondly, you can keep wise guys from playing with your levers without your knowledge. If you've ever opened your sewer drain after someone pulled your black tank drain then you know exactly what I mean.
- On the patio side of the camper you'll find a pair of marine grade speaker for your listening pleasure :)
- An exterior shower is included on every Greystone. These are great for all kinds of tasks like washing the lake off the kids before they hop inside, rising sand off your feet before heading in for dinner, or just about anything else you can think of :)
- Greystones feature heavily tinted safety glass windows with UV protection. Not only are these safer for you and your family, but they'll also help prevent your camper's carpet, furniture, etc from the harsh effects of sunfading!
- Save your back with the help of power front leveling jacks! Base model Greystones do not feature power rear jacks. However, ALL Greystones are pre-wired to have power rear jacks installed quickly and easily.
- You'll find 16 inch aluminum rims on your Greystone, as well as 6,000lb. axles w/EZ Lube Hubs for huge payloads and easy maintenance!
- Greystones feature truly walk-able roofing, and include roof access ladders to make this task easier. With the exception of a newer model, all Greystones also are less than 12ft. tall! This makes for easier towing and better fuel economy!
- A handy propane quick connect system is virtually new to the fifth wheel market in this price range. It makes it much easier to swap out your tanks, and even includes an auto-changeover regulator to keep your camper up and running with less hassle to you and your family.
- Greystone fifth wheels feature 50 amp service, which is quickly becoming the standard for most fifth wheel coaches. It also features a built in marine grade power cord that is detachable should the need ever arise!

Living Area Features
- Greystones feature Euro-style chairs, which not only look incredibly cool and modern, but are extremely comfortable. These chairs swivel, rock, and even recline! Kick your feet up onto the matching footrest and have yourself a snooze, or watch your favorite shows!
- For your viewing pleasure, Greystone fifth wheels include a 32" HI-Definition Flat Screen LCD Television!
- Also in the entertainment center is an incredible All-in-One entertainment unit. It features an AM/FM/CD/AUX Stereo system with inside/outside speakers, Clock, Alarm Clock, and even a DVD Player which allows you to enjoy your favorite music and movies without ever needing to bring along any extra electronics! And for your remote control batteries ARE included :)
- Rather than the traditional booth dinette the Greystone included a residential style free standing table and chairs! These tables feature an extendable leaf on one side, while the opposite side of the table top flips up to reveal a handy storage space that's perfect for things like placemats, utensils, or even magazines or coloring books!
- Additionally, not only are the free standing chairs comfy as can be, but their seats also lift up to provide with a few extra small storage spaces! There is not a single wasted inch of space in a Greystone!
Kitchen Features
- A Greystone kitchen is yet another step apart from the pack
- The first think you'll likely notice is the cabinetry--it is a creamy off white with almond accented inlays. It's a beautiful look that "opens" your kitchen area and gives the entire living space a larger feel.
- Speaking of the cabinetry, all cabinets in a Greystone feature hardwood construction that is screwed and glued together (many competitors simply staple their cabinets together, which later fall apart). Additionally, Greystone cabinets feature a residential style hidden hinge system that will automatically close a door if the door is about half closed. It's just another one of those little conveniences that you would take for granted until you didn't have it anymore.
- For a better overall look the refrigerator and freezer feature oak inserts that match the rest of your kitchen cabinetry. It gives your Greystone's kitchen an overall appearance that is unlike anything else you'll find!
- Greystones also have solid surface Hannex counter tops with accent striping. This is the same style and construction of counter tops you'd normally find ONLY in $70,000+ luxury fifth wheels. Heartland brings all of this quality and comfort to you in but a fraction of that price!
- The sink is stainless steel, and is recessed (mounted beneath the counter top). It gives a much more attractive look, and makes for effectively deeper sink basins! To give you more total counter top space both sink basins also include basin covers made from the same Hannex material as the rest of your countertop! This gives you a virtually seamless countertop with all sorts of space for any and every use you can think of!
- And, when it finally does come to cooking time you'll be well equipped with a high output triple burner stove top, traditional oven, and carousel microwave oven -- Everything you need to make a meal as large (or as small!) as you and your family require!
